Property Management

We handle all the logistics of running a vacation rental- from creating the listing, integrating calendars, managing check in and check outs, cleaning, scheduling routine maintenance, and optimizing pricing. All you have to do is collect payment every month.

How It Works

Management Fee

We handle all the logistics of running your rental, for a 25% fee of the revenue generated by the property.

Utilities

The property owner will cover the cost of basic supplies such as sheets, towels, soaps, etc; as well as the cost of water, electricity, and internet, and keeps the utilities in their name.

***Cleaning costs are an additional charge that is billed to the guest. However, most booking platforms will combine the cleaning fee with the nightly rate payout. So while we deduct the cleaning fees to pay our cleaning team, the property owner is not the one bearing the cleaning cost.

Amazing birthday trip for me and my friends. The house worked great for us. It was easy walk to the beach and plenty of local cafes and restaurants. A short ride to Old San Juan and the airport. Tanner and Kelisin were quick to respond when we had any questions.

We had a wonderful time at Tanner’s Airbnb. The place was great for our large group. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was a quick Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go. The rooftop patio was wonderful to hang out on and we had dinner on the lovely terrace on the first floor as well. I definitely would stay here again!
